Nirvana von Nemesis

Nirvana's name has two meanings. The Buddha described Nirvana as the perfect peace of the state of mind that is free from craving, anger and other afflictive states. The subject is at peace with the world, has compassion for all and gives up obsessions and fixations.
In keeping with our musical theme she is also named after the American rock band, Nirvana, that was formed by singer/guitarist Kurt Cobain and bassist Krist Novoselic in Aberdeen, Washington in 1987.
Thanks to the Pfisterer family for allowing Nirvana to come to South Africa. Nirvana lived with Jacques and Jeanelle van Zyl and their family.
